Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR have officially joined forces for a collaborative album. This exciting news was confirmed by Drake himself during a guest appearance at PARTYNEXTDOOR’s concert in Toronto. “On behalf of me and Party, we’ve been working on something for y’all,” he announced. “So, enjoy your summer, do what you need to do. I know all you girls are outside. When it gets a little chilly, PartyNextDoor and Drake’s album will be right there for you.”
During the show, Drake treated fans to a special all-R&B set, wrapping up PARTYNEXTDOOR’s performance. He also premiered “Wah Gwan Delilah,” an unusual remix of the Plain White T’s classic song, live for the audience. “I’m here tonight as a thank you,” Drake continued, “to each and every one of you for all your years of unwavering support.”
This announcement comes shortly after reports of another collaboration between Drake and Conductor Williams, who are also set to release a joint album later this year.
