Rihanna Becomes America’s Youngest Self-Made Billionaire

Rihanna becomes the youngest self-made female billionaire in the U.S. with a worth of $1.4 billion USD. The Fenty mogul, singer, fashion killa was featured on Forbes‘ annual list of America’s richest self-made women for the third year in a row. Rihanna is ranked 21st overall and becomes the only one on the list under the age of 40.

The “Needed Me” singer became successful through her music career and entrepreneurial ventures that include Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin and Savage X Fenty. Reports claim that Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty lingerie company is valued at more than $3 billion. She owns 30% of the company. She also owns half of Fenty Beauty, which was valued at $550 million in 2020.

While she delivers outstanding numbers, Rihanna insisted that money isn’t her main focus. “I never thought I’d make this much money, so a number is not going to stop me from working,” she told The New York Times.
