Travis Scott’s First Performance Since Astroworld Tragedy Sold Out In 2 Hours

The Houston-based rapper Travis Scott is finally returning to the stage after the Astroworld tragedy in 2021. Last week, Travis announced plans for the show on August 6 at The O2, which sold out in less than 2 hours. The “SICKO MODE” rapper will now also play the venue on August 7. The venue holds around 16,000 people.

Travis has been performing on a handful of occasions recently, since the Astroworld incident. He made his first televised performance at the Billboard Music Awards in May, a private pre-Oscars party the same month, and a private Coachella after-party in June.
