Adidas has officially announced the release of James Harden‘s latest signature shoe, the Harden Vol. 8. Unveiled during a game at Madison Square Garden in November, coinciding with his debut with the Los Angeles Clippers, the new shoe stays true to Harden’s commitment to creating footwear that reflects his distinct and bold style.
Positioned as both a performance basketball shoe and a lifestyle option for off-court wear, the Harden Vol. 8 draws inspiration from Harden’s vision. Prioritizing versatility, the shoe introduces new high-performance features, including a conforming internal cuff for dynamic fit and comfort on and off the court. Additionally, it incorporates a teardrop EVA cage, providing lateral support for agile movements. The sole features JET BOOST technology for maximum energy return, and the multidirectional “JH” traction ensures an unparalleled grip on the court for every play.
Expressing his desire for standout footwear, Harden stated, “I want people to recognize my shoes from a mile away.” The Harden Vol. 8 will be available in various colorways starting February 23, 2024, and throughout the rest of the year. They can be purchased online at adidas and select retailers for $160 USD.
