Snoop Dogg has put a truly unique piece of hip-hop memorabilia on the market, one of his smoked blunt roaches.
This item is part of his ongoing “Tha Shiznit” auction hosted by The Realest and is the first-ever authenticated roach from the legendary rapper himself. The roach was smoked in front of a TRUeST Authenticator on March 27 this year and has been “collected, covertly marked, documented, and preserved” within a solid resin block, making it non-consumable. The resin block is then placed inside the ashtray that Snoop used while smoking, allowing the highest bidder to display this rare item indefinitely.
Other notable items in the auction include a Doggystyle gold plaque from the Canadian Recording Industry Association, a signed tour itinerary and techrider, a custom King Ice Death Row Records logo pendant, and his handwritten tour setlist, among others. “Each item up for bid is a tangible reminder of Snoop’s impact on the world, from original lyric sheets and stage-worn items to one-of-a-kind studio masters that have never before been available,” The Realest states.
Snoop Dogg’s smoked blunt roach currently has a bidding price of $514 USD.
