Yesterday, November 24, New York City may have been frigid, but Bad Bunny and Adidas turned up the heat by announcing the Puerto Rican megastar’s upcoming sneaker partnership through a float in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. A float of the heart graphic from Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti (“A Summer Without You”) album, a 23-track record featuring sounds from Latin America and the Caribbean, blessed the world with the first official look at his Forum Buckle Low in an all-white color, despite the pair having been long teased. The crew running Bad Bunny’s float was all-red and sporting the newest Adidas Originals collection, just like the heart-shaped float itself.
The major alteration to the forthcoming Bad Bunny x Adidas shoes’ design compared to the previous four Forum models is the pair’s name-brand color. The primary hue in Benito Antonio Martnez Ocasio’s newest collaboration with Adidas, which is more of a grey-white than a pure white, adds a new color palette to his collection of Adidas Forums while purportedly giving the most overt allusion to bunnies yet.
